Your name, email address and sign-in details, and basic information about the devices you sign in from.
1.2 Content you provide
What you add to Nicsial, such as profiles, resumes, job descriptions and voice samples, and what your calls produce, such as audio, transcripts, captures and summaries.
1.3 Browser extension
The extension works only on supported meeting sites and only while you use it. It uses the audio of the meeting tab and, when you choose to speak yourself, your microphone. It takes a screen capture only when you ask. It does not read your browsing history or other websites.

The plan you buy and the payment details needed to confirm it, and the messages you send to support.

To run your calls, show captions and suggestions, and produce transcripts, summaries and evaluations.

To make Nicsial work better, such as the quality of its replies. We do not use your content for advertising.
3. Data security
Your data is kept separate from other customers and stored encrypted. Access is limited to what is needed to run the service.

You can see and update your information in your account.
4.2 Deletion
You can delete your content at any time, or ask us to delete your account.
4.3 Other requests
Depending on where you live, you may also ask for a copy of your data or object to how it is used.

We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is significant, we will let you know before it takes effect.
