Thank you for choosing Nicsial. These terms apply to everyone who uses the service. By creating an account or using Nicsial you agree to them.
1. Ethical use
Nicsial helps you understand and speak in online meetings with the help of AI. Use it honestly. Follow the rules of the meetings you join and the laws that apply to you, and be open about using AI where that is expected.
2. Account registration
Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Each plan allows a set number of signed-in devices. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Subscription plans
Plans are paid in advance for a fixed period, and each plan has its own limits. Plans do not renew on their own, so you choose when to pay for the next period. The Free plan lets you try Nicsial with limited use.
4. Refund policy
Payments are final and are not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will look into it.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not use Nicsial to deceive or harm others, to record or process anyone's voice or data without the consent the law requires, or to upload content you have no right to use. Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, and do not resell access without our written permission.
6. Enforcement
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where we can, we will warn you first.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will let you know before it takes effect.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as it is. Translations, replies and scores are made by AI and can be wrong, so check them before you rely on them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Nicsial is registered.
